1. Selected monthly plan allows for an unlimited umber of washes of the selected wash plan for the enrolled vehicle.  Activation period is monthly.
  2. Automatic monthly renewal plans will be automatically charged to member's credit/debit card on the same date of the month as plan activation (I.e. plan is activated on 10/15/09, card is charged every 15th day of the month.
  3. One monthly club membership per vehicle.  Membership cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
  4. If the Unlimited Plan is used in anyway inconsistent with the terms and conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without refund.

  6. To upgrade your wash type, customer pays the difference between the Unlimited Plan wash type and the upgrade requested.
  7. To change your Unlimited Plan, customer may contact LWCW at 973.305.8998 or www.LWCarwash.com  Change is effective at the beginning of the member's next billing cycle.
  8. No other coupons or offers are valid in conjunction with the Unlimited Plan.
  9. Pricing and terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
  10. There are no partial month(s)  refunds.
  11. Membership automatically renews monthly unless cancelled by member, in writing at least 30 days prior to anniversary date.
  12. To Cancel:  Member may cancel by notifying LWCW in writing at 200 Mountainview Boulevard, Wayne, NJ  07470.  Member must provide license plate number at time of notification.  Please allow at least 30 days before your anniversary billing date to effect cancellation.  Member may continue to use Unlimited Plan until the last day of the current billing cycle.  No partial refunds are available.  Cancellation is complete when member has received an email notification from LWCW.
  13. In the event, LWCW is not able to charge a member's credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the member's plan will be de-activated on the 1st day after his or her billing date.
  14. Membership is during regular hours of operation, subject to weather closings, holidays and/or equipment failure.
  15. Membership is for personal use only, no commercial accounts.
